في عالم متحول باستمرار، لا تتوقف الاحتجاجات عن طرق الأبواب الموصدة للمؤسسات السياسية، تنازعها المسؤولية المترتبة عن الانفصال المريع الذي وسم العلاقة بين تطلعات جسم المواطنين، وبين التمترس العنيد للجسم التمثيلي. يُطلق كتاب دومينيك روسو الأخير زفرة حارة في وجه الإدانة القديمة للاحتجاج. مدافعا عن مشروعيته، يدعو المواطنين كل حسب موقعه للخروج من ضيق الفضاء الخاص إلى رحابة الفضاء العام، حيث تُسمع الكلمات وتُحتضن التعبيرات، ويُرفع الغطاء عن المجهول والمسكوت عنه.
Abstract
In a constantly changing world, protests persistently knock on the closed doors of political institutions, challenging them to take responsibility for the stark disconnect between the aspirations of the citizenry and the entrenched rigidity of representative bodies. Dominique Rousseau’s latest book offers a fervent sigh in the face of the long-standing condemnation of protest. Defending its legitimacy, he calls on citizens—each from their own position—to step out of the confines of private space and into the expansiveness of the public sphere, where voices are heard, expressions embraced, and the unknown and the unspoken brought to light.

باحثة حاصلة على الدكتوراه في القانون الدستوري والعلوم السياسية، في موضوع “الحياة السياسية والدستورية بالمغرب في كتابات الباحثين الأجانب”. خاضت الباحثة تجربة مسبقة لتدريس طلبة أجانب ومقبلة على إطلاق مدونة للبحث في القانون الدستوري مع باحثين في المنطقة العربية.
Is a researcher holding a PhD in Constitutional Law and Political Science. Her dissertation focused on “Political and Constitutional Life in Morocco through the Writings of Foreign Scholars.”
Dr. El Ghazi has previous experience teaching international students and is currently preparing to launch a blog dedicated to constitutional law research, in collaboration with scholars from across the Arab region.
