Takamul Center for Studies and Research organized an international conference on the topic “The reality and prospects of the civil state in the countries of the Maghreb,” in partnership with the German Hans Seidel Foundation, on 4 and 5 November 2017 at the Kenzi Farah Hotel in Marrakesh, with the participation of 27 interventions from: Morocco, Iraq, Tunisia and Yemen.
