Abstract
The Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences – Fez, Public Law stream, Sidi Mohamed bin Abdullah University, in partnership with the Takamul Center for Studies & Research and Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung, organized an international symposium on the topic of “Political and constitutional transformations and the requirements of administrative development in the Maghreb countries” on 28-29 February 2020 at the faculty. The Organizing Committee reached more than 80 proposals for a research paper. Approximately forty proposals were accepted after deliberation and review. After receiving 30 papers, more than 20 papers were accepted. The symposium witnessed six sessions that spanned over two days of work in order to study the transformations and variables related to the political and administrative concepts that form a central interest of all actors in the Maghreb countries.
