L’entrepreneuriat social féminin au Maroc: analyse des besoins et perspectives d’évolution
During the last two decades, Moroccan women entrepreneurs are putting in place a new mode of management based on participative management. They thus contribute to changing the traditional vision of the company based on the gain, towards another vision meeting the social needs of the company, its environment and human capital. Indeed, women who invest in all sectors of activity and especially in services, are also seen in very small businesses, agricultural, commercial or craft cooperatives.
