ملخص:

 لا يمكن فهم خطاب السخرية إلا من مدخل مقاربته كتعبير عن علاقة أزمة بين طرفين، الأمر الذي يفسر كون السخرية قد تكون موجهة صوب الشرط الإنساني عموما لتكتسي بذلك طابعا أنطولوجيا في لحظات انعدام اليقين والمعنى، بنفس القدر الذي يمكن أن تكون فيه معبرة عن علاقة بين ذوات إنسانية واعية عاكسة بذلك صراعا لاستراتيجيات فردية أو جماعية.

وفي هذا السياق، ستحاول المقالة تسليط الضوء على البعد النقدي الذي يكتسيه الخطاب السياسي الساخر مع التركيز في الوقت نفسه على ميله العملي خصوصا في أوقات الأزمات كما تجلى ذلك في أزمة “كوفيد١٩”.

Abstract:

The discourse of Irony can only be understood by being approached as an expression of a crisis between two parties. This explains the fact that Irony may be directed towards the human condition in general, thus acquiring an ontological form in moments of uncertainty and meaninglessness. Likewise, it can express a kind of relationship between conscious human beings, reflecting individual or collective strategies conflict.

 In this context, the article will attempt to shed light on the critical dimension of the ironic political discourse while, focusing on its practical tendency, especially in times of crisis, as was evident in “Covid19” crisis.
