ملخّص الورقة:

تسلط هذه الورقة الضوء على الجانب السياسي من فلسفة الفيلسوف توماس هوبز في القرن السابع عشر. وقد اعتمدنا في قراءة هذا الجانب من فلسفته على مقاربة تحليلية تنهض على أهمية ربط أفكار وتصورات هذا الفيلسوف بخصوص قضايا السياسة والاجتماع المدني بمميّزات عصره نظريا وليس واقعيا، إيمانا منّا بأهمية المقاربة الابستيمولوجية الخالصة التي تردّ الفكر والتصورات إلى اعتبارات معرفية وسياقات نظرية خالصة. وانطلاقا من هذه القناعة النظرية، حاولنا تفسير لماذا اشتغل هوبز بالسياسة من زاوية نظر مخالفة للسابقين عليه (أفلاطون، أرسطو)، حيث ربطها بالفيزياء وبالمعرفة العلمية وليس بالأخلاق والفضائل كما فعل الكلاسيكيون قبله. وقد علّلنا هذا التحول الابستمولوجي الذي أنجزه هوبز بانخراطه المعرفي والمنهجي في النقاش النظري الذي تبلور في سياق نشأة براديغم الذات المفكرة التي تعتبر الطبيعة موضوعا للتمثل الفكري من طرف الإنسان.

Abstract:

This paper is an attempt to shed the light on the political side of Thomas Hobbes philosophy. That’s why we relied on an analytical approach to proceed our study based on the importance of literally relating the thoughts and the perceptions of this philosopher about politics with the characteristics of his era. Bearing in mind the importance of the purely epistemological approach in research, We have decided to analyze the thoughts of this philosopher in relation to the evoluting paradigm of physics in the seventeenth century; We tried, therefore, to explain why was Hobbes preoccupied with politics from a different perspective than Aristotle and Plato, a perspective based on natural and physical considerations. We attributed this epistemological shift of Hobbes to his cognitive engagement in the ongoing debate about the concept of physics, epistemology, politics and the human nature. All of which we are going to investigate in our research paper.
