ملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى مقاربة الهندسة المعمارية البرلمانية كمجال حديث في العلوم السياسية، والتي اصبحت تعنى بها حتى الدراسات البرلمانية، وقياس مدى ارتباطها بسينوغرافيا السياسة، أي ان الدراسة تمضي في إظهار مدى أهمية دراسة هندسة وتصميم المجالس البرلمانية ليس فقط كجزء من النهج المؤسسي المادي والجامد في العلوم السياسية. ولكن من خلال بعدها التفاعلي والدينامي عبر التركيز على الجانب الوظيفي، والدلالي والذي يضفي نوعا من السينوغرافيا-هنا تحضر المباني كتصميم وهندسة وتعبير عن عناصر مشهدية للبرلمان من حيث الديكور والزخرفة والتقنيات مع تحديد انماط الجلوس والتفاعل، أي تحديد العناصر البصرية للعرض البرلماني على الممارسة السياسية والبرلمانية.
Abstract:
This study aims to approach parliamentary architecture as a modern field in political science, which has become concerned with even parliamentary studies, and to measure the extent to which it is related to political scenography, that is, the study goes on to show the importance of studying the architecture and design of parliamentary councils not only as part of the material and rigid institutional approach in Political Science. But through its interactive and dynamic dimension by focusing on the functional and semantic aspect, which imparts a kind of scenography – here the buildings are attended as design, engineering and expression of scenic elements of Parliament in terms of decoration, decoration and techniques while defining patterns of seating and interaction, that is, determining the visual elements of the parliamentary presentation on political practice and Parliamentary.
