الملخص:
تكمن أهمية دراسة الأحزاب في اعتبارها من أهم المؤسسات في جل الأنظمة السياسية المعاصرة. وبالنظر لكونها ركنا مهما في النظام الديمقراطي، ولدورها الأساس في تركيبة الدولة الحديثة، فقد أصبحت دراستها تستأثر بالاهتمام. فهي ترتبط بالمؤسسات الدستورية كالبرلمان والحكومة. كما تتجلى أهمية تناولها بالبحث في محاولة رصد التحولات التي تعرفها الممارسة الحزبية في ظل تحولات داخلية وخارجية مؤثرة.
ونحاول في هذه الدراسة المقتضبة مقاربة الاشكالية التي يطرحها تعريف الحزب السياسي والنظام الحزبي من خلال استحضار مجموعة التعاريف باعتبار هذه الأخيرة ستؤثر لا محالة في دراسة الأحزاب ونظامها. ونهدف من خلال ما سبق تبيان أهمية المقاربة الاجتماعية لكل دراسة تتوخى فهما للأحزاب السياسية والنظام الذي تكونه بدلا من معالجتها من خلال ما يجب أن تكون عليه، كما هو حال المقاربات المعيارية.

Abstract:
The importance of studying parties lies in considering them as one of the most important institutions in most contemporary political systems. Given that it is an important pillar in the democratic system, and its basic role in the structure of the modern state, its study has become the subject of interest. They are linked to constitutional institutions such as parliament and government. The importance of addressing it with research is also evident in an attempt to monitor the transformations that are known to partisan practice in light of influential internal and external transformations.
In this brief study, we try to approach the problematic posed by the definition of the political party and the party system by invoking a set of definitions, as the latter will inevitably affect the study of parties and their system. We aim through the foregoing to show the importance of the social approach for each study that seeks an understanding of the political parties and the system that they form, rather than treating them through what they should be, as is the case with the normative approaches.
