مراكز البحث بالمغرب: المحقق والمأمول

ملخص:

إن مراكز الأبحاث والدراسات إنما تكتسب أهميتها وشروط وجودها من الحاجة إليها، ومن مقتضيات الضرورات السياسية والاقتصادية والإعلامية والأكاديمية والاجتماعية والتنموية، وذلك باعتبارها الطريقة الأمثل لإيصال المعرفة المتخصصة.

وقد استطاعت مراكز البحث في المغرب أن تفرض وجودها، وتوسع أنشطتها، وتتحول إلى أحد أبرز المحركات الفكرية والسياسية في المشهد المغربي. غير أن واقع مراكز الدراسات في المغرب بعيد عن الوضع في الغرب، لعدة اعتبارات.

إن تقييم دور مراكز الأبحاث في المغرب لا يكون بعددها الذي قد يكون مؤشرا على الاهتمام بمخرجات البحث العلمي، إنما يكون التقييم بناءا على تحقيق الأهداف التي أنشئت من أجلها هذه المراكز ودورها في تحقيق مصالح الدولة والمجتمع، وهل هي بالفعل لها مساهمة فاعلة في تبوء الدولة مكانة إقليمية أو دولية في مجال معين.

Research Centers in Morocco: The achieved and The Hopefully

 Abstract:

            The centers of research and studies are gaining their importance and the conditions of their existence from the need for them, and the necessities of political, economic, media, academic, social and developmental, as the best way to deliver specialized knowledge.

            In Morocco, research centers have been able to impose their presence, expand their activities and become one of the most prominent intellectual and political engines in the Moroccan scene. However, the reality of study centers in Morocco is far from the situation in the West, for several considerations.

            The assessment of the role of research centers in Morocco is not the number that may be indicative of interest in the outputs of scientific research, but the evaluation based on the achievement of the objectives for which these centers were established and their role in achieving the interests of the state and society, Regional or international level in a particular area.
